Volunteer Group from First Baptist Church Ponchatoula

God Sent Us a Blessing

We were truly blessed to have a volunteer group of forty high-energy youth from First Baptist Church from Ponchatoula, LA to work with us this week.  The group, overseen by leader Robert Parkin, helped us do some much needed work at Claiborne Park, as well as serve one of the many seniors in our community, much in need of assistance on her home.  Ms. McGraw said of the group:  “Thank you my savior and loving, caring God for the help in cleaning my front yard up… The group were very caring and thoughtful; It was an honor to meet these kids.”  Please visit our website if you are interested in volunteering with us.  You can make a BIG difference!
