Since 1975 VOCM has provided safe and affordable housing for low to moderate income families. We believe that homeownership is wealth building. Our programs help families through the whole process from getting their finances in order to purchasing.

· Non-Delinquency Post Purchase Workshops for Homeowners
· Pre Purchase Counseling
· Pre Purchase Homebuyer Education Workshop
· Rental Assistance Housing Counseling
· Home Improvement and Rehabilitation Counseling
· Fair Housing
· Down Payment Assistance through the City of Jackson Home Program
