2015 Make a Difference day
Volunteer Jackson was instrumental in bringing Voice of Calvary Ministries (VOCM) and more than 20 volunteers from the Clarion Ledger newspaper together for the 2015 Make A Difference Day held on October 24, 2015.
Four projects were selected. Three projects included cleaning up three senior citizens’ yards who themselves have invested many years in their community who now need help themselves. A fourth project was undertaken at Catholic Charities Born Free and New Beginnings program.
