Margaret Johnson

President/CEO

Margaret describes herself as a “public servant”. She has worked in the public and nonprofit sectors most of her professional career in Mississippi, Texas, and Michigan. Currently, Margaret is the President/CEO with Voice of Calvary Ministries in Jackson, MS where she works to positively affect the lives of those seeking to attain self sufficiency and economic independence.

Twenty two years after receiving her B.S. Degree, she went back to school and earned her MBA in Strategic Management from Davenport University.

Margaret’s guiding principle is “every accomplishment is one rung on the ladder to a greater achievement”. Her passion lies in serving others and she gets so much reward when others are successful. Margaret is the mother of one daughter, Amber who is a graduate of Belhaven University.
