Preston J. Williams, is the sixth son of seven children born to Bessie L. Williams, and the late James E. Williams.
He joined the U.S. Army delayed entry program while in the eleventh grade in 1982. After high school he went into the army as planned and retired in 2005. While serving he was blessed to have two sons. Since retiring he has been blessed to have three grandchildren. During his military career he continued his education, and is continuing while being fulfilled with his work at VOCM/ Soldier On.
I find this work very rewarding and never thought that I would have the opportunity to be a part of such a great organization outside of the military, where he learned the value of camaraderie.
